5The agreement, in plain words

We guarantee verified applications — the count on your plan — submitted honestly from your facts, under your rules. We do not and cannot guarantee interviews, offers, or a job; hiring decisions belong to employers, and no honest service can promise them. You authorize us to apply on your behalf, to sign in as you where a site requires it, and to create and use a dedicated job-search email account that stays yours. Sign-in codes sent to your phone are yours to pass to us; codes to the job-search email we handle.

Billing policy. Nothing is charged until you check the box below and click Find me a job — clicking it accepts these terms and starts your month, on the day your intake is complete. Your plan's first-month price is charged then; after that, your plan's monthly price is billed to the same card each month until you stop. If a payment fails, your service pauses until it is resolved.

Refund policy. Your first month covers your setup work and your guaranteed applications, and is not pro-rated. From your second month on, you can stop anytime from your dashboard, and the unused days of that month are refunded pro rata. Stopping never withdraws applications already submitted — employers hold those — and your job-search inbox, with its full history, stays yours.

Holding each other harmless. You agree to hold AppliedForMe and Tarsus Partners LLC harmless from claims or losses arising from applications submitted at your direction using the information you provided, and from employers' decisions. You are responsible for your own interviews, offers, and negotiations. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid for the current month of service, and we are not responsible for lost wages or other indirect losses.

If a "company" ever asks you to move a conversation to Signal, WhatsApp, or Telegram, it is a scam — block it and tell us.

I understand and agree to all of the above — including the billing and refund policy. Applications are guaranteed; a job is not. Everything I have entered is true to the best of my knowledge.
